Q: Is there any difficulty to be a leader?
A: I could say I have to work a bit harder than regular trainee soldiers, both physically and mentally. For example, I had to wake up earlier. I had to stand in front of other soldiers and set a good example for others. My duty encouraged me to communicate with other trainee soldiers and commanders a lot, I have learned about the group life and gained many things from that. And after I finished my duty as a leader of trainee soldiers, at the training graduation ceremony, I received an award for being a role model for trainee soldiers. It was an honor for life at the training camp.
